The restaurant is opened seasonally, from April to October.
April: Thursday - Friday - Saturday - Sunday lunchtime
May - June - September: every day except on Monday and Sunday evenings.
July - August: every day except on Mondays.
October - November: Friday evening - Saturday noon and evening - Sunday noon
During this period, our restaurant is open for lunch (from 12:00 am to 1:45 pm) and in the evening (from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm).
Cédric was trained by the greatest chefs, first in TOULOUSE, then in PARIS.
After having successfully directed "Le BEFFROI" in TOURNON d'AGENAIS, he decided to try a new experience in CANADA.
Upon his return to FRANCE, he chose to share his cuisine with us, which is a perfect blend of simplicity and refinement, traditional and inventive, based on our local produce.
