April: Thursday - Friday - Saturday - Sunday lunchtime
May - June - September - every day except Monday and Sunday evenings
July - August: every day except on Mondays.
October - November: Friday evening-Saturday-Sunday lunchtime
During this period, our restaurant is open for lunch (from 12h to 13h45) and in the evening (from 19h30 to 21h45).
Cédric was trained by the greatest chefs, first in TOULOUSE, then in PARIS.
After having successfully directed "Le BEFFROI" in TOURNON d'AGENAIS, he decided to try a new experience in CANADA.
Upon his return to FRANCE, he chose to share his cuisine with us, which is a perfect blend of simplicity and refinement, traditional and inventive, based on our local produce.
